Return Policy

It’s really simple. We want you to love our products as much as we do.

Starting August 1st, 2023, we are accepting returns within 14 days of purchase date. Any claims made after this time frame will not be accepted. Unique Boutique does not reimburse the cost of shipping for returns, or provide Return shipment labels.

We only issue refund in store credits. There are no fees associated with store credits!

Kindly be aware that in order to qualify for a full refund in store credit, all items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition including the tags. We are unable to accept items that have been damaged or altered. It is important to ensure that the products are in a re-sellable state to be eligible.

We recommend using FedEX, UPS, DHL, or Canada Post as these carriers offer tracking information. 

After your return has been received & inspected, you will receive an email with a promo code for your next purchase within 5-7 business days. 

Unique Boutique reserves the right to deny the return of any product that is worn/used or damaged as a result.

Unique Boutique strives to provide our customers with the best quality and selection of merchandise. We also strive to protect the health of our customers and staff; therefore we do not take returns and exchanges on these items. 

WRONG ITEMS

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the store.

In the case of wrong/defected items, please contact us via email uniqueboutiquewaterloo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims made after 48 hours for wrong items will not be accepted.
